NDA — non-disclosure of client data

1. What is confidential

Any client information received during training work: identity, weight, health data, nutrition logs, training logs, photos, conversations.

2. Trainer obligations

• Do not share client data with any third party.
• Do not publish photos, results, screenshots without explicit written client consent.
• Do not use client data for marketing of other services.

3. Duration

Confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely after termination of cooperation with Smart Fit Team.

4. Liability

Breach results in immediate termination of cooperation and possible legal action up to ₴100,000 per incident.
